Privacy policy
Template. Replace every highlighted field with your real details and have a lawyer review this page before you launch. It is not legal advice.
1. Who is responsible
[Company or full name, address], contact@fico3d.com.
2. What we store
When you create an account we store your email address, your name (if you enter one), your sign-in details, your credit balance and your credit history. We use a Google Firebase project to provide sign-in and to store this data. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
3. What we do not store
In the current version of the plugin, your photos, blueprints, models, screenshots, reports and run logs are saved in a folder on your own computer. Fico3D does not operate a server that receives them.
4. Processing by an external service
When you ask the plugin to build a model, it sends your photo to an external online service through a subscription that you hold yourself. That provider processes the photo under its own terms and privacy policy. [Name the provider and link its privacy policy here.]
5. Hosting
This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider processes technical connection data such as your IP address when you open the site. [Check provider details and data processing agreement.]
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Browser storage is used only if it is needed for sign-in.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Write to contact@fico3d.com to use these rights.
8. Storage period
We keep account data until you ask us to delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. [Adjust.]
